With over a decade of professional kitchen experience, Jonathan Hill brings a disciplined yet expressive approach to his craft. For the past six years he has been based in Norway, where a deep appreciation for landscape and seasonality continues to shape his cooking.
He has held senior positions across a range of establishments, including three years as Head Chef of a respected small plates and wine restaurant - refining a style rooted in precision, balance, and social dining. His work has extended to large-scale catering at events such as Glastonbury Festival, where organisation, consistency, and quality must meet at scale.
